By listing your dental practice on the Experdent directory service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Service Description

• Experdent provides a dental directory listing service only
• We do not guarantee patient inquiries or business growth
• Listing does not constitute endorsement by Experdent

2.Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current information about your practise
• Obtain necessary consents for all photographs submitted
• Ensure compliance with professional and advertising standards
• Maintain your own professional liability insurance

3. No Guarantess

• We make no promises regarding increased patient volume
• We do not guarantee listing visibility or ranking
• We are not responsible for patient interactions or outcomes

4. Data Protection

• You must comply with HIPAA, GDPR, and CASL requirements
• Patient information obtained through our service must be protected
• You agree to sign our Data Processing Agreement if required

5. Liability

• Experdent is not liable for disputes with patients
• We are not responsible for any business losses
• All patient relationships are solely between you and patients

6. Fees and Terms

• Listing fees are as agreed and non-refundable
• We may modify or terminate services with 30 days notice.
• You may cancel your listing at any time
