• We do not guarantee appointment availability or acceptance

• We make no respresentations about the completeness of our directory
• We do not endorse or recommend any specific dentist
• We are not responsible for the quality of dental services received

3. Your Privacy

• Your personal information will be collected and stored securely
• You may request deletion of your data by emailing our Privacy Officer
• We comply with applicable privacy laws including GDPR

4. No Fees to Patients

• Experdent Web Services Inc. does not charge any fees to patients
• Our directory service is completely free for patients to use
• Any fees for dental services are billed directly by the dentist to you
• All financial transactions are solely between you and the dental office

5. Limitation of Liability

• Experdent is not responsible for any disputes between you and dentists
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our directory
• All interactions with dental offices are solely between you and them
